FUEL SURCHARGE

The Waste-Away Group is committed to providing quality service at the
best possible value. Our industry is trucking intensive and fuel is a large
component of our cost. Due to the recent surge in diesel prices we have
implemented a fuel adjustment on our invoices.

We utilize the US Department of Energy Midwest Region diesel price index
to figure our adjustment percentage.

Our base diesel cost is $3.50 per gallon and now that diesel has risen
above our base cost, the fuel surcharge has been applied. In comparison,
you will find our fuel surcharge to be well below the industry average.

Fluctuating fuel prices affect all industries and homeowners. We
appreciate our customer’s understanding through these volatile times.
